Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Southeast Asian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote Terex products.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or industrial machinery sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of crushing and screening equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel regionally as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
