Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand KROHNE’s market share in the APAC water and wastewater sectors.
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities, including new clients, projects, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utilities, and private sector clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and product development) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support to clients, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to drive decision-making.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the water, wastewater, or industrial automation sectors, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, instrumentation, and automation technologies.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively across the APAC region as required.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
