Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to existing outlets to take orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and approach new outlets to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business environment is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
