Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while nurturing existing relationships to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in Baliās dynamic market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent N.K.Luck at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in Baliās hospitality, tourism, or real estate sectors is highly advantageous.
