Based in Bali’s most vibrant business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work with cutting-edge healthtech solutions while enjoying the island’s unparalleled work-life balance.
Responsibility
- Drive sales of medical devices, healthtech solutions, and related products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, administrators, and procurement teams.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of OMFA Healthtech’s offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for promotions, campaigns, and market expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting medical sales.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthtech industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to contribute to improving medical access through technology.
