Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage sales inquiries, bookings, and contracts for group events, weddings, and corporate stays across Marriott properties in Bali.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and event details using Marriottās CRM systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., catering, housekeeping, front office) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Marriottās latest promotions to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for hospitality and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or event planning is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required for events.
