Based in Bali’s key business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll leverage your expertise to identify market trends, negotiate high-value contracts, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base for telecommunication turnkey solutions in Bali.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals with enterprise clients, government agencies, and SMEs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of telecom solutions (e.g., fiber optics, wireless networks, cloud services).
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for building client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Jakarta for meetings.
