Responsibility
- Drive B2B sales by converting company-provided leads into closed deals through effective negotiation and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., hospitality, real estate, corporate offices).
- Conduct virtual or in-person sales presentations to showcase All Deco’s premium decor and furnishing solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position All Deco as a leader in the space.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in furnishing, decor, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality—able to thrive in a remote, results-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads and track sales performance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and sales enablement platforms.
- Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) or willing to relocate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
