Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for IT infrastructure needs.
- Analyze client requirements and propose customized IT solutions to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of IT projects.
- Monitor account performance, identify upsell opportunities, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

Qualifications
