As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate their value effectively will be critical to your success. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of industrial products.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, and technical support) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales service.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products, manufacturing, or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
