Responsibility

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients in Bali’s hospitality, retail, and food service industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel chains, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the frozen food logistics market, aligning with company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare and present customized logistics solutions, including pricing, service offerings, and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional connections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in logistics, FMCG, or frozen food industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain and cold chain logistics is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
