Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and corporate clients to expand market reach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design competitive insurance products and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize results.
- Provide training, support, and mentorship to agents and sales teams to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all business activities.
- Represent Liberty General Insurance at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
