Responsibility
- Conduct field canvassing and mobile visits to identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Present and demonstrate the technical features and benefits of stainless steel and valve products to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial products, stainless steel, or valve solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial materials, manufacturing processes, or engineering applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
