Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's market share in the power generation sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and client acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the power generation or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the power generation market, including trends, technologies, and key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
