Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in local and international markets, with a focus on Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts for logistic equipment solutions, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align sales strategies with company goals and deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and trade regulations to position Ulida as a leader in the logistics equipment sector.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or international trade, preferably in the logistics, equipment, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Deep understanding of global trade practices, import/export regulations, and supply chain logistics.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
