Your ability to identify client needs, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets will directly impact our market presence in Bali’s competitive automotive sector.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for Good Year tire products.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including dealerships, fleet companies, and retail outlets, to expand market share in Bali.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and competitive advantages of our tire solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Provide after-sales support, address client concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, tire, or industrial products sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with Good Year products or similar premium tire brands is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within Bali as required.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
