Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote pharmacy automation solutions to hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical distributors in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with healthcare stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation integration.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the benefits of Omni-Health’s technology in improving medication safety and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including pharmacy directors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and post-sales support for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare regulations to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A background in Pharmacy or Medical Technology is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations, medication management systems, or healthcare IT solutions is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong asset.
