As a Regional Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in Bali’s key regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new high-value accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for business development.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards in all business dealings.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of Bali’s market dynamics and experience working in the region is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
