As a HORECA Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across Bali’s most dynamic areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your mission will be to identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of the hospitality and food service industry.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and retain HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering services, and cloud kitchens) in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality and food service industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities in the HORECA sector.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective account management and proactive sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, address concerns, and implement solutions to enhance client retention and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on JAPFA Food’s product portfolio and industry developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the HORECA or FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality and food service industry, including market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
