Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Sailun's market presence in the Philippines, with a focus on the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and distributors to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Represent Sailun at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tire or automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine market, with a focus on Visayas and Mindanao.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings and events.
