Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new public sector customers in Indonesia and Southeast Asia
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key stakeholders in government agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams (solutions consulting, legal, finance) to ensure smooth deal progression
- Present ServiceNow's value proposition and demonstrate how our platform solves critical public sector challenges
- Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets through SaaS subscription sales
- Stay current with public sector trends, regulations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record in public sector accounts
- Demonstrated success selling SaaS solutions to government agencies or large enterprises
- Strong understanding of digital transformation challenges in the public sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills a plus)
- Ability to build relationships at the C-level and navigate complex organizational structures
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
