Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new public sector customers in Indonesia and Southeast Asia
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key stakeholders in government agencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solutions consulting, legal, finance) to ensure smooth deal progression
  • Present ServiceNow's value proposition and demonstrate how our platform solves critical public sector challenges
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets through SaaS subscription sales
  • Stay current with public sector trends, regulations, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM systems

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record in public sector accounts
  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS solutions to government agencies or large enterprises
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation challenges in the public sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills a plus)
  • Ability to build relationships at the C-level and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
