Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotes, and managing client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of metal products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and market analysis to support decision-making.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and address concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (preferably in the metal or manufacturing industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
