Responsibility

  • Engage with customers in high-traffic areas (e.g., co-working spaces, cafes, retail stores) to promote and sell gadget insurance policies.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and coverage options of our insurance products, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local sales strategies tailored to the Bali market.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new gadget releases to enhance sales pitches.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and policy details using our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance, technology, or retail sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales conversions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets.
