Responsibility

  • Liaise with logistics providers, customs brokers, and shipping companies to facilitate smooth import/export operations.
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to sales teams and customers on delivery statuses.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between sales, finance, and operations.
  • Support the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, and market analysis as needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, export documentation, or logistics support.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, export procedures, and international trade compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
