Responsibility
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients in Bali and across Indonesia.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential leads and emerging business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide data-driven reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or professional services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting aggressive targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market is highly advantageous.
