Responsibility

  • Regional Hub Development: Establish and oversee sales hubs in assigned territories to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies tailored to the Bali market, aligning with company objectives.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and engage key clients, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Territory Management: Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, address challenges, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to inform executive decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in sales management, with at least 2 years in a regional or area sales leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Communication Excellence: Fluent in English with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in sales analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and surrounding regions as required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
