Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store and via phone/email, addressing inquiries and guiding product selection.
- Assist with sales transactions, including processing payments, handling returns, and maintaining accurate records.
- Promote Yamang Bukidâs health products through demonstrations, sampling, and personalized recommendations.
- Support inventory management, including stocking shelves, tracking supply levels, and reporting low stock.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and participate in promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment in alignment with brand standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, to educate customers effectively.
- Handle on-call shifts with professionalism, adapting to varying schedules as business needs arise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (health/wellness industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Passion for natural health products and a commitment to promoting sustainable living.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, email, inventory software).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Residence in Bali (or willingness to relocate) with valid work authorization for Indonesia.
