Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand ZwickRoellâs market share in Indonesia and neighboring regions.
- Conduct technical consultations with clients to understand their testing requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training on materials testing equipment, including static, dynamic, and fatigue testing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, and support) to align sales strategies with product development.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and ROI analyses to key decision-makers.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote ZwickRoellâs brand and generate leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while acquiring new accounts through proactive outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial equipment, testing machines, or laboratory solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
