Based in Bali’s most strategic business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance, identify emerging opportunities, and deliver measurable results. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic trade marketing plans to achieve sales targets and brand objectives in assigned territories.
- Analyze sales performance and promotional activities against brand equity positioning to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to drive revenue and market share.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead territory expansion initiatives, including new market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories (Bali and potentially other regions).
