Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic trade marketing plans to achieve sales targets and brand objectives in assigned territories.
  • Analyze sales performance and promotional activities against brand equity positioning to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to drive revenue and market share.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead territory expansion initiatives, including new market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
