Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of POS system clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our POS solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customize POS systems according to client needs.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize their use of POS systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the POS or tech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain their value in simple terms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with POS systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
