We're seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Lead to drive our B2B growth in Bali's thriving corporate wellness market. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a sales pipeline from scratch and convert corporate budgets into long-term partnerships with leading companies in hospitality, tech, and finance sectors.
As our Corporate Sales Lead, you'll be at the forefront of introducing innovative wellness solutions to Bali's corporate community. You'll leverage your business development expertise to create strategic partnerships with HR departments, wellness coordinators, and C-level executives who prioritize employee health and performance. This role offers the perfect blend of relationship-building, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in one of Southeast Asia's most vibrant business hubs.
Bali's unique business ecosystem - combining international corporations, digital nomad communities, and luxury hospitality brands - provides an exceptional platform for growth. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop tailored proposals that demonstrate the ROI of our corporate wellness programs, while building a sustainable sales pipeline that drives recurring revenue.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy targeting corporations in Bali's hospitality, tech, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing, focusing on recurring revenue opportunities
- Conduct high-level meetings with HR directors, wellness coordinators, and C-suite executives to present our corporate wellness solutions
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate the ROI of our programs
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that align with corporate budgets while maintaining profitability
- Organize and host corporate wellness events and demonstrations to showcase our services
- Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine our approach
- Represent The Ice Bath Club at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or corporate services
- Proven track record of building sales pipelines from scratch and achieving revenue targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in contract discussions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
- Deep understanding of corporate wellness programs and their business benefits
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Existing network in Bali's corporate community is highly advantageous
