Responsibility
- Assist the Project Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and client expectations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
