Responsibility
- Provide clear and accurate technical explanations of product specifications, features, and benefits to clients and sales teams.
- Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer-facing materials (e.g., brochures, FAQs, comparison sheets).
- Respond to technical inquiries from clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings with professionalism and precision.
- Gather and document customer feedback to help improve product offerings and support strategies.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of product updates, industry trends, and competitive solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of our products.
Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related vocational program.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of hardware/software products or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
