Responsibility

  • Provide clear and accurate technical explanations of product specifications, features, and benefits to clients and sales teams.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer-facing materials (e.g., brochures, FAQs, comparison sheets).
  • Respond to technical inquiries from clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings with professionalism and precision.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to help improve product offerings and support strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of product updates, industry trends, and competitive solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of our products.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or undergraduate in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related vocational program.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of hardware/software products or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
