Responsibility
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to distribute mobile accessories to retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients in Bali.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the mobile accessories sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products through trade shows, digital campaigns, and in-store activations.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing client concerns and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry innovations to effectively pitch solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, or retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Familiarity with Baliās business landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking.
- Own motorcycle and valid driverās license (required for field visits).
