Responsibility

  • Provide expert consultation to customers on tile selection, including materials, colors, patterns, and finishes to match their design and functional needs.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications to guide purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, interior designers, and contractors, to foster repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Assist in showroom operations, including inventory management, product displays, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote showroom events, sales campaigns, and new collections.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, home improvement, or luxury products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Strong understanding of tile materials, installation processes, and design principles (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and a passion for interior design or architecture.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
