Responsibility
- Identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts within the luxury travel, corporate, and MICE segments in Bali.
- Proactively generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings for our resorts and villas across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create compelling packages and promotions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in Baliâs hospitality sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably within luxury resorts, hotels, or villas in Bali or similar destinations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of Baliâs tourism industry, including key players, market trends, and client segments (leisure, corporate, MICE).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
