Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, including raw materials, formulations, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and engage potential clients (manufacturers, distributors, R&D labs) through targeted outreach, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to customize solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Provide post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, training, and product optimization to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events in Bali and beyond.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
- Strong understanding of GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards relevant to cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
