Responsibility
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing client events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights for event sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue bookings, vendor negotiations, and on-site coordination.
- Track sales performance, client feedback, and event outcomes to refine strategies and improve results.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sales, customer service, and creating memorable experiences for clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as event schedules demand.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
