Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively promoting ClorisMEN’s product portfolio.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Provide product training and support to clients to ensure optimal product knowledge and sales performance.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in field sales, preferably in the FMCG, cosmetics, or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and existing retail networks is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools for sales tracking.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories (own vehicle/motorcycle is preferred).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
