Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate clients in the logistics sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their logistics challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client retention rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, freight forwarding, or warehouse management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
