This role offers a competitive base salary of IDR 3,500,000 – IDR 5,500,000 per month, plus uncapped commission—meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Identify and engage new clients, including contractors, developers, and architects, to promote Rua Seguridad’s construction materials.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales and meet quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize trade shows, promotions, and events to boost brand visibility.
  • Provide accurate market feedback and competitor insights to the sales management team to refine strategies.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials, building supplies, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing a sales territory, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Local market knowledge in Bali’s construction industry is a significant advantage.
