Responsibility
- Represent premium brands at events, roadshows, and promotional activations across Bali.
- Engage with potential customers, deliver product demonstrations, and drive sales conversions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining brand integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and gather customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales effectively.
