Your expertise in B2B sales, negotiation, and market development will be key to our success in Bali’s booming digital economy. Whether you’re engaging with startups in Canggu, resorts in Ubud, or enterprises in Denpasar, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored tech solutions that empower businesses to thrive.

Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s tech, hospitality, and corporate sectors to expand market reach.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored software/hardware solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals efficiently while maintaining profitability.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with software, hardware, or IT solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
