Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients in industrial automation across Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing, logistics, and other industries.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to position our solutions effectively.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics preferred) or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in industrial automation or technical products.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is an advantage.
