Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting the ideal new or used vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product knowledge to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, financing, and trade-ins, to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle specifications, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma-3 education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are welcome).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with automotive products, financing options, and sales processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
