Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for industrial machinery.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s manufacturing, construction, and engineering sectors through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our machinery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, case studies, and digital content.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing post-sales support and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in manufacturing machinery.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or technical products.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery specifications, or engineering principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
  • Ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
