Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for industrial machinery.
- Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s manufacturing, construction, and engineering sectors through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our machinery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, case studies, and digital content.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing post-sales support and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in manufacturing machinery.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or technical products.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery specifications, or engineering principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
- Ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
