Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including construction firms, logistics companies, and government agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and customer demands.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance team productivity.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the heavy equipment or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of the heavy equipment and commercial vehicle market, including industry trends and customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel within Bali and other regions as required for client meetings and business development.
