Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of Bancassurance professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach in Bali.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive product distribution.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centricity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Bancassurance operations and insurance products.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
