Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for building materials in Bali.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, and retailers, to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive insights in the building materials sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials tailored to the Bali market.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
