Responsibility
- Prospect and engage Singapore-based hotels via cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify partnership opportunities and pain points.
- Demonstrate Flow’s platform value proposition to hotel decision-makers (GMs, Revenue Managers).
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure smooth partner transitions post-signup.
- Track KPIs (meetings booked, conversion rates, revenue generated) using HubSpot/Salesforce.
- Provide market feedback to Product teams to refine offerings for the Singapore market.
- Attend industry events (virtual/in-person) to expand network and brand presence.
- Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate notes and follow-up schedules.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in B2B sales, hospitality sales, or SaaS partnerships (travel tech is a plus).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is advantageous.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Understanding of Singapore’s hotel landscape and revenue management trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (remote-friendly for Bali-based candidates).
